CitySpace Self Storage

In 2017, Ducalian launched the CitySpace Self Storage brand with a strategic focus on repurposing underutilised car parks in Central London. Through this initiative, we successfully acquired and developed prime sites in Bloomsbury and Knightsbridge, delivering approximately 24,000 square feet of premium self storage space. In 2021, the CitySpace portfolio was acquired by Shurgard PLC, marking a successful exit and demonstrating our ability to create and scale high-value storage assets in urban markets.

Titan Self Storage

In 2021, Ducalian partnered with H.I.G. Realty to complete a management buyout of Titan Self Storage, a portfolio comprising seven stores and approximately 250,000 square feet of self storage space across the Midlands and South East of England. Since the acquisition, Ducalian has worked closely with H.I.G. to expand the portfolio to nine stores, increasing total lettable space to around 325,000 square feet. Under Ducalian’s operational leadership, the business has seen significant growth, with turnover rising from approximately £4.5 million to £7.5 million, and occupied space increasing from 200,000 to 250,000 square feet.
